NBCUniversal Annual “Clear The Shelters” Campaign Happening Now

NBCUniversal (NBCU) began its 12th annual campaign to “Clear The Shelters” a nationwide pet adoption and donation initiative that has found homes for 1.3 million pets and raised more than $5 million for animal shelters and rescues since it began in 2015.
This years fundraising event started on Saturday, August 1st and will run through Thursday, September 15th. Donations can be accepted nation wide and can be distributed to a general fund or a participating shelter of the donors choice. Animal shelters across the country are raising awareness about pet adoption and other services offered to pet owners.
